Maintaining business relationships for our referring agents is important to us--in the event that a client you've referred to us is in need of additional real estate services, we will always refer them back to you first.
leasing commission
In addition to converted management leads, we pay commision for executed leases—if you show the property as a renter's agent and a lease is signed, you earn a $300 commission.
